Model : Crawler Solmaks FSB
1. Cleaning Capacity
Daily Cleaning Capacity based on an 8-hour workday
80% Operating Efficiency
Panel surface cleaning area per hour: Approximately 594–792 m²
8-hour high-efficiency panel cleaning : Approximately 855–1,140 kW (travel speed considered)
8-hour conventional panel cleaning : Approximately 608–811 kW (travel speed considered)
Note on 80% Operating Efficiency : The actual daily cleaning output may vary depending on site operating conditions, including the operator's equipment handling skills, travel efficiency, water supply accessibility, battery replacement, solar plant layout, panel arrangement, travel routes, and break times. Therefore, an average practical operating efficiency of approximately 80% is generally applied.
2. Operating Slope
Wet Cleaning
Recommended: Below 16°
Maximum: 18–20° (Depending on site conditions)
Dry Cleaning
Recommended: Below 22–23°
Wet cleaning on steep slopes is not recommended under the following conditions
Heavy oil contamination
Moss or algae accumulation
Severe alkaline deposits
Excessive water film on module surfaces
Excessive detergent usage may temporarily reduce the traction of the rubber tracks.
For steep arrays, the recommended travel path should always be followed to ensure sufficient braking margin.
Safety Rope (Recommended)
When operating on steep arrays exceeding the recommended operating angle (<16°) or on rooftop installations with fall hazards, a safety rope may be attached to the built-in high-strength Eyebolt.
This serves as a manual backup safety system for fall prevention and climbing assistance. Operators are responsible for evaluating site conditions and following appropriate safety procedures.
3. Features
Independent dual motor drive
