1. Site Assessment & Design

We assess the solar power plant's array structure, panel layout, passage width, slope, and operating environment. Based on these conditions, we determine the equipment dimensions, travel mechanism, and brush configuration before proceeding with the design. Site-specific design is essential for improving cleaning efficiency and ensuring stable equipment operation.

2. Parts Machining & Material Preparation

Once the design is finalized, the parts and materials required for manufacturing are prepared. Structural components and machined parts are manufactured using CNC precision machining and laser cutting processes. Anodizing is applied to external covers to improve corrosion resistance and durability. Key components, including motors, batteries, control units, and piping materials, are also prepared.

Most structural components and machined parts, excluding purchased components, are manufactured from aluminum and stainless steel. All parts are produced according to the design drawings and undergo dimensional and quality inspections before proceeding to assembly.

3. Assembly & System Integration

The prepared components are assembled into the main structure, followed by electrical wiring and control system integration.

Assembly tolerances are minimized in accordance with the design drawings to ensure reliable operating performance and durability. During final assembly, the operating condition of key components—including the drive system, control system, brush system, and piping system—is also verified.

4. Commissioning & Inspection

After assembly, the equipment undergoes commissioning to verify travel performance, brush operation, control responsiveness, battery condition, and safety functions.

The operating condition of each section and the performance of all major functions are thoroughly checked. A final inspection is conducted to ensure that the equipment meets the required quality and operational standards. Once approved, the equipment proceeds to shipment.

5. Domestic Delivery & Export

After commissioning and final inspection, the equipment is securely packaged, and the necessary procedures are carried out for delivery to domestic and international customers.

Domestic Delivery : Transportation vehicles are arranged, and the equipment is safely loaded and transported to the customer.

Export : Required export documents, including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin, are prepared. Export customs clearance is then carried out before the equipment is shipped overseas to the customer.
